• Connects to supported fitness devices (such as Garmin) with your authorisation;
• Uses your activity data to generate generalised training insights, guidance, or plans; and
• Provides tools for tracking progress, motivation, and performance trends.

runthetic does not provide personalised medical, health, or nutritional advice. All advice and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

• The Service does not provide professional medical or fitness advice;
• Any exercise or training plan suggested through runthetic should be reviewed with your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before implementation; and
• You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort while exercising, stop immediately and seek professional advice.

By using runthetic, you acknowledge that running, fitness training, and exercise involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own health and fitness decisions;
• You have no medical condition that prevents you from exercising safely; and
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur from using the Service or following its suggestions.

runthetic, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or death arising from your participation in activities suggested by the Service.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials secure; and
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
